Simplistic Living; Diffusion of the “it”

Whenever we ponder the why…the reason for the eruption of frustration within, know this, it, must be diffused. Diffusion simply defined; the spread of particles through random motion from regions of higher concentration to regions of lower concentration.

Thought, not to be random, or dismissed with alcohol, food, exercise, sex, anything done in excess, (your “recess” choices) will transmit through your body. Where you take your thought is key. Hence, the reason someone may “kick the dog”.

We contain the temple of the Holy Spirit. We are the “church”. What language are we magnifying? Holy Spirit or “spirits”.  Spirit of fear, lust, pride, anger, gluttony or control?

So how does one curtail this weakness?  Thoughts are alive…they breathe in us.

We must recognize the beauty within us, our Temple, gift from God Himself when we were borne again, submit the fear, frustration, agony as a living sacrifice, knowing, without doubting, HE WILL TAKE CARE of “it. We may not even see the answer manifest, nevertheless, it doesn’t matter and our JOY will NOT be stolen. This joy, is His smile.

My grace is enough; it’s all you need.
My strength comes into its own in your weakness.
Once I heard that, I was glad to let it happen. I quit focusing on the handicap and began appreciating the gift. It was a case of Christ’s strength moving in on my weakness. Now I take limitations in stride, and with good cheer, these limitations that cut me down to size—abuse, accidents, opposition, bad breaks. I just let Christ take over! And so the weaker I get, the stronger I become.  2 Corinthians 12:7-10 MSG

About Brenda

"Brenda adores the birds. She is enchanted with their grace, their beauty. It was the birds and being out among them that gave her the peace she so needed and forged a new passion She uses a camera to capture those incredible moments, to savor them and share them with others. For her the camera was freedom. Brenda spent her life healing others, and dealing with incredible pain and despair. The world of birds and nature and photography was what she turned to in order to see the beautiful side of the world" Eric Curtis Cummings

So revealing, this is what makes a person lean on faith! For, His ways are very, very, slow in revealing our weaknesses. Our Creator, does not want to “shock” our thermometer into splinters of broken glass of hopelessness. His compassion is too, too, awesome for us to understand. Only He holds the key to our deliverance. Our will He will not violate! What GRACE! What hope!
    Eternity will tell all!

Excellent! Being a Latin woman I am prone (by genetics) to overreact in the heat of a moment. Over the years I’ve mastered the count to ten or a million ( as needed) because as you say, in the moment, it’s mostly frustration. Thought provoking.

    The flower is breathtaking!

What I think is that I love your soul. This is beautiful and the flower is amazing. Yet another work of art by the creator of all. ♥
